Virtuoso - The Best Manager

Event Description : Virtuoso, the best manager competition at Cognizance'15 is modeled on dealing with management fiascos that every manager has to deal with and make decisions.
The objective of the event is simple- Take those decisions and strategies that you think are the best, and convince various stakeholders that your strategy is indeed the best.
The event is aimed at providing an opportunity for students to test their analytical and problem solving skills in an interesting manner.This event will also test people management skills and survival skills in a crisis situation.

Guidelines for all Participants :

Students must carry their college ID cards for participating in seminar and events.
Only undergraduate students are allowed to participate.
Decision of the organizers/judges will be final and binding.
Participation for any event shall be on the basis of prior registration. The organizers shall have the right to allow or refuse on the spot participation for any event depending upon the number of prior registrations.
Cross College Teams are allowed for participating in events.
Reporting time: 30 minutes before event time.
Students are advised to check the event page and website from time to time for event related information.

Registration Rules :

Only individual participation is allowed.

Event Rules:

The entire event will consist of two rounds: preliminary and the final round.
Rules of specific rounds shall be disclosed on the spot.
Use of mobile phones is not permitted.
Use of paper and pencil is allowed.

Analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Clarity of thoughts
Content
Logical Thinking
Ability to perceive a given situation
Answer to interjections
